Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a binding agreement between you and [Yafa Fix legal entity name](“Yafa Fix,” “we,” “us”) governing your access to and use of the Yafa Fix web and mobile applications (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

Yafa Fix provides a service-operations platform for dental practices and our field technicians to manage service requests, projects, loaner devices, preventive maintenance, estimates, invoices, and payments. We may add, change, or remove features at any time.

2. Accounts & eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract.
  • You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for keeping your credentials confidential.
  • You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
  • Office managers who invite staff are responsible for their team’s use of the Service within their office.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose.
  • Access data or accounts that do not belong to you, or attempt to circumvent access controls.
  • Interfere with, disrupt, or place undue load on the Service or its infrastructure.
  • Reverse engineer, scrape, or build a competing product from the Service.
  • Upload malicious code or content you do not have the right to share.

4. Payments, invoices & refunds

  • Invoices issued through the Service are payable according to their stated terms. Online card and bank payments are processed by Stripe; by paying, you also agree to Stripe’s terms.
  • You authorize us and Stripe to charge the payment method you provide for the invoiced amount.
  • Unless otherwise stated on an invoice or required by law, payments for completed services are non-refundable. Refund and cancellation terms for a specific engagement are [describe your refund/cancellation policy].
  • You are responsible for any applicable taxes other than taxes on Yafa Fix’s income.

5. Your content

You retain ownership of the data and files you submit (e.g., service details, photos, signatures). You grant Yafa Fix a limited license to host, process, and display that content solely to operate and provide the Service. You represent that you have the rights to the content you submit.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and trademarks, is owned by Yafa Fix and protected by law. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the Service for your internal business purposes.

7. Third-party services

The Service integrates third-party providers (including Supabase, Stripe, Resend, Google Firebase, and Google Maps). We are not responsible for third-party services, and your use of them may be subject to their own terms.

8. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

9. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, YAFA FIX WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS OR DATA. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO YAFA FIX IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Yafa Fix harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or to protect the Service. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends; sections that by their nature should survive (e.g., payment, disclaimers, liability) will survive.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of [Virginia], United States, without regard to its conflict-of- laws rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in [county/jurisdiction, Virginia].

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version here and revise the “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
